Apologies that this writing is in English, reading German is no problem. Writing is a different level. I have a EQ9 S500. Bought in 2016. The issue is very much as described here. So.... i thought.... lets start the service menu (never read about that before, really handy). :2639: for some reason switching on the power button while switching on the power is not giving me the SDS menu.
Does anyone know if this could be because of an older firmware version in my machine?
