Jura S9 one touch water discharge to tray, no hot water no coffee no steam

Got my hands on nice S9, cleaned it up, brew unit rebuild, but upon powering up and decalcification

all water (both how water and coffee) drains to the drip tray via the drain pipe on the left side of the brew group.
I presume this discharge is from the ceramic valve?

Can someone give me a hint why?

Any help would be appreciated

If all water comes through "C", there should be a problem with the "elektrisches Keramikventil" "I".
It seems to stuck in the 4.th position - this is the basic-position of the valve.
