Hello friend, my name is Marcelo I´m from Brazil and I´ve found a Delonghi 5450 EX1 in the junk of a Delonghi´s service. It´s the second expresso machine I repair (first was a 23.210) and I´ve noticed the switching power supply defect. Before reading your post I´d identified the LNK364, TL431 and the 47R3W resistor. Stopped here to order the components. After reading your post I´ve tested the BC807 to find it all shorted (B-C-E all the ways), I´ve just ordered it from China! I´ve tested the BC802 (D5W) transistor still in the circuit but I guess it´s really defective. Yours was all shorted too? Anyway, thank you very much for your help with the post.
But I´m still in need of your help. The machine has all it´s wires cut so I don´t know how to reassemble it. Even looking to the pictures you´ve posted it´s not possible do reconnect it.
Do you still have access to the machine you repaired? (5400 EX1)?
Do you have a wire diagram of it? could you help me to reassemble?
Specially with the temperature sensors of the boiler and of the cup warmer that have IDENTICAL connectors.
    thank you in advance,
    regards,
    Marcelo
