Hello, I'm not a German speaker (feel free to delete the topic, or reply in German to me!), but I've used this, as well as other German forums countless times when repairing my De'Longhis and it made me know a lot about power board or just general repairs. But I've hit a massive roadblock with my Dinamica ECAM350.55.B, where the brew group parked in the lowest position and threw a "General Alarm" error. Unpçugging and replugging will make the machine try to startup (you hear the pump buzzing for a few seconds), then the brew group hits the bottom, a relay clicks, the brew group doesn't go up, and "general alarm" pops up again. Sometimes the machine does startup, but not anymore.
-Both NTCs are good, and installing two new ones gives the same error
-Lower and upper limit switches are good, upper one testing ok for continuity and lower one being detected in the split second of test mode that the machine allows me to use before throwing the error again
-There's continuity on both thermal cutoffs
-Turning the transmission away so the brew group goes away from the bottom switch, then turning the machine back on, will cause the brew group to go down again, hit the lower limit switch, and throw the general alarm again.
-The machine has less than 200 drinks over its life.
Only thing I haven't tested yet is the reed board, could it be the culprit?
Many thanks and happy coffee drinking
Alex
